I went to order two burritos and was told to go back to the first window and wait until they instructed us to move forward. After waiting for 22 minutes, we reached the second window, but our food was still not ready. They asked us to wait again. Frustrated, we just wanted a refund and to leave. They informed us that it would take 7 to 10 business days to refund the money to our card.
While I understand that the food isn't the best, it could definitely be improved. Additionally, I believe that good service should be consistent across all establishments. Food rating: 2/5.
I went through the drive-thru and made a very small order.
Does not fit with the real jack in the box standarts. bad burger and terrible pommes. how u can literally cost the bad oil. who knows when it was last changed. did the manager not check this thing? the company should review this business
Went through the drive-thru and placed a very small order. #15 and a 10 pc nugget) Waited patiently in line and when it was my turn to pay and receive my order I was handed my drink and with a very hostile attitude was asked to wait in front of the store in their marked spot #2. The vehicle that had been in front of me was waiting as well. The girl brought out the food to the vehicle in front of me and twice looked at me waiting exiting/entering the building) in the marked spot she told me to wait at. Same girl who took my order and asked me to wait was bringing out the orders). After waiting 25 minutes I went inside. Was met with a collective of staff complaining loudly, openly about another staff member who presumably was absent, thus, defenseless which is vile for a number of reasons.... I was greeted with, 'is there a problem, ' by one of these employees. This was really odd since I literally hadn 't even said anything and merely approached the counter. No one had even begun cooking my small order apparently. The same girl who took my order looked at me again and turned her back on me. Refused to serve me at all. I was very calm and simply asked for a refund from one of the other employees. I was given the refund but then was refused a receipt/copy. The manager in the back began shouting at the staff in this extremely over-staffed jack in the box as to why it took them over 20 minutes. Saw the sign out front saying they 're hiring noting their wages on this banner. Shocking how much they are paid. These clowns are paid more than 1st responders such as but not limited to EMT 's who go through extensive professional training and hold licenses and save lives. Unreal...My 1st job, at 15 yrs old, was a jack in the box and myself and one other person ran it overnight, through the bar rush for less than half of what these people are being paid to refuse service to paying customers and cop attitudes. No, I 'm not that old....These people had no customers inside and no one in the drive thru when I went in..... Anyway, the drive-thru girl clearly refused me service and seemed to relish in this act as was evidenced by her body language and conduct. I should note...all this time I was sitting there in my designated parking space...there was no one else in the drive thru after me either. Not one person said sorry about this...nothing. Were seemingly reluctant to refund my money for product purchased but not delivered as well. Store camera footage can confirm my accounts of these events if questioned). What happened was really bad and felt very deliberate by the drive-thru girl. Ugh...
