Wendy's - Phoenix

The service was good and the food tasted fresh, the pommes were a little spicy today. ordered the $20 family deal c. 2 spicy chicken sandwiches 2 jr speck cheeseburger and four pommes.

This place never runs smoothly. they are always made of baked potato. short personal so that they close early and sometimes run out of the meat and offer only individual burgers. management is not present at this location.

I went today (11/13) at 9:43. I ordered two breakfast baconator. a normal one on a croissant. when I first went, the one on the croissant was missing. I'm going back to fix it. I got a new sandwich, I think it's right, was totally wrong. it was a croissant with egg and cheese and a piece speck. I had gone home, so I called this place and explained what is wrong. the first woman who had answered wanted me to return for the third time, so I told them I can't. that's too often, the phone is handed over to someone else and I was told for a refund for the sandwich. the sandwich itself is 6,69, as placed on my entrance. I went back between 12:30 a.m. to 1 and told them that I was told for a refund and the dame in the window gave me only 4 dollars and some change. I don't care that the change changes, I'm just upset that I went to these places 3 separate paintings less than 4 hours and each time, the situation gets worse and leaves me unsatisfactory.

That's a wendys. nothing against the workers. they are always welcoming and exceptional in the act. these facts are all the more impressive after they have taken into account the fact that this place is in the middle of a very action-rich line. after all that is said, if you don't live in the opposite, you'd probably be better off going to the next. because of the situation, the hours are much narrower, then they would find in the rule at a wendy’s anyway. I've never been to a more run-down store. The computers weren't working so I couldn't order in the drive-thru. Upon entering the restaurant it was littered with trash. One of 2 soda machines were functioning, the frosty machine was disassembled, and one of the 2 main seating areas was blocked off w trash can and rubber mat on top of it. The condiment station was filthy and there were no napkins available. We only went to this location because of its close proximity to the hospital where our child was being treated. Although the food was good we will try to avoid this location in the future.
