Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónI wish I could give a star. Food was not good and service was rude. We were charged 90k for a record. They looked like we were accused and when we asked that they became even more rude to us. I have extremely unhappy with food and service. The selection was bad with only approx. 4-5 dishes available and all were cold. I personally do not taste either so everything in I would suggest avoiding this place. While service in most other buffet style places on the island is not great, it seemed particularly rude from the beginning. Maybe they don't like foreigners here.
The banh mi here was just okay; we preferred the banh mi at Khan Ly. Additionally, the restaurant was closed on our first visit despite advertising as open, so be prepared for a 1 km walk from the city only to find no food at the end. The buffet appeared sparse, and the staff was unfriendly on the first day but became friendlier on the second day.
BANMI, a 100% vegan restaurant with a focus on Buddhism, was excellent and very affordable!
We have tried their banh mi twice and were pleased with the quality. We were so excited that we forgot to ask about the ingredients to confirm they were vegan, but they are definitely vegetarian. A great snack for your trip around Phu Quoc.
