Romeo's Pizza - Pickerington

Last night was a very disappointing experience. we ordered our pizza for pickup and 25min later when I came to the restaurant, they told me I had to wait 20 to 30min. when I got the pizza, it was not hot because they put the wrong entrance/label on the pizza and it sat there awhile before they recognized the mistake.

I ordered through Doordash...waited for 30 minutes..and then they just canceled my order. No explanation or apology. Now I have to figure something else out.Also the Thanks for your feedback pizza fam on every post is sickening.

I love their pizza but they don't remember to give you what you ask for. I bought Mt dew and if it wasn't for me that walked in there they would of never given it to me bc I had to ask them for it. I had to ask for the paper plates and napkins that I had ordered too this isn't the first time it's happened its every time. Such a shame that I can't trust the workers to do their job. I don't think I'll be ordering from there from now on. I get making mistakes but again this is every time I order from here.

Very good hand tossed pizza and the capote dipping sauce is very tasty

Really enjoyable pizza. Sweet tomato sauce, similar to Papa John's but even better. Minus one star because there doesn't seem to be a happy medium between regular bake and well done. As you can see, regular pizza supreme on the right and well done cheese with mushroom has a lot of burn. ?‍ highly recommend cheese with mushroom and butter garlic dipping sauce for the crusts.
