Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónThe hot dogs at this restaurant have been consistently cold, to the point where they are almost like toast.
I received arrogant and military service, as if I were a bother. I gave a 24% tip before taxes or over 20% on taxes (even though there was no table service) just to ensure respect for my plate, if you know what I mean, because with dubious service, trust is eroded. A basic breakfast at $12.49 plus taxes including coffee with creton and jam, but disappointing oily potatoes for my taste. The person who took my order was very loud, making eating in the restaurant unpleasant. What's the point of having such a big dining room if the customer isn't respected? Positives: the bacon was good, two semi-thick slices, maybe because it was very fatty, but I prefer fatty over dry, and the eggs were perfect. I don't know if the coffee includes a refill. To the person who took my order: don't take your personal issues out on the customers, sort out your personal matters so you can be pleasant with customers, otherwise change fields, there are plenty of jobs out there. Customers are human beings too.
It took a long time for me to be served. Employees were chatting among themselves without caring about the service. The cheeseburger was just okay. I won't be going back.
Good greasy spoon joint with delicious fries. Skip the poutine unless you don’t mind watery gravy/sauce . On the negative side this tin box is as noisy as it gets and even when it’s 3/4 empty it’s tough on the ear drums.
Friendly and courteous staff. They suggested items and were very helpful. Smiling efficient. We picked a table outside. Food was served in a timely manner. Now I understand why they have been in business for decades: Food was tasty and they care about their customers. Thanks to the team Arc-en-ciel ? and I will be visiting again soon.
