Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónSo I visited this store at 8:25 and the girl Sophie was mopping the whole front of the store. I needed to use the restroom and she told me she shut it down already. She then sees how many customers were still coming in at 8:32 and told the girl in the back that after this customer she didn’t have to take any orders if it wasn’t online . She proceeds to continue mopping around us as we stood here I’m just confused and finding it difficult to patronize tropical smoothie locations. This happened flat the Owings mills location and I was mad that I drove all the way there for them to try and shut down 15 mins early. I would like to know where this is stated on the site so that customers aren’t blindsided
Staff always friendly and polite. Love getting smoothies and their breakfast quesadillas
The smoothies are awesome but the service at this location is awful. The employees lack any customer kindness. It borders on rudeness. I won’t stop going to tropical smoothie, but I will stop going to this location. I’ve been to this location at least 10 times and I can only say 1 of those experiences has been pleasant. This location has received enough of my money
I recently ordered the veggie hummus wrap through their app. This is an item I always ordered, as a vegetarian it’s not easy finding places to eat that offer veggie friendly options. I ordered my wrap asked for no onions not lettuce and no tomatoes they disregarded that and added them anyways and added an ingredient that isn’t even on the wrap. Like I said I’m vegetarian, I took a bite noticing it tasted off and looked inside and they put chicken on my veggie wrap. I was annoyed and called the store, they said they couldn’t do anything until a manager was available, as I had requested a refund, guess who hadn’t received a call back? I was sick the rest of the afternoon and all day the following day. Obviously I will not be eating there ever again. All trust has been lost and to know they won’t step up and handle their mistakes is even more frustrating and disappointing.
Ordered ahead and still had to wait 15 mins. Because they didn't start the order til I got there. What was the point of ordering ahead. And then after I wait, they only give me half the order, so I had to go back and get the rest. Awful experience. Never go to this branch. Horrible in every way
