Best bbq everywhere! lj and his friendly staff are always so friendly and warm for our family. we visit lj’s every year while in pine mountain for callaway garden’s fantasy in lights and he always remembers us. delicious, hot eating and an inviting environment. thanks for the last 3 years memory. we're coming back.

Very good bbq and service. If you are driving through, I would definitely recommend a stop at LJ’s.

One of the best bbq places around. LJ is always so friendly, he remembers you even if you come in once a year, and overall his food is always wonderful. The bbq sauce is amazing and the Mac and cheese is to die for; I’ve never tasted anything better

If you are ever up in the Pine Mountain FDR State Park area then you've got to try LJ's Smokehouse BBQ. Best BBQ I've had in Georgia. Super nice folks and make you feel welcome. Got a young man there named Elijah who's 10 years old. This young man was Johnny on the spot. Inviting us in and getting all 12 people seated. He'd come out and see if we needed refills, how the food was, did we need anything etc. He was s blessing and this kids work ethic was awesome which is a reflection of his upbringing I believe. Excellent BBQ a very courteous staff made our visit great! Highly recommended! The combo platter is stacked high!
