Best of the Best!<br/ Amazing and special breakfast foods, fantastic service (thanks Elizabeth) and even a selection of newspapers and help yourself coffee if you are waiting (we were greeted warmly and seated immediately).<br/ We loved the banana granola crunch pancake, maybe the best ever. I’m going for two next time!<br/ <br/ First Watch is a relatively new brunch chain which my wife REALLY enjoyed over in Philly last month.<br/ We will be checking out their location on 50 West in Bridgeville next.<br/ <br/ This is our new favorite brunch spot in all of Pittsburgh (sorry Square Cafe, First Watch has left you in the dust for us).
LOVED EVERYTHING! All was fresh wonderful. Fresh ingredients, fresh squeezed juice. Friendly service, no wait to sit. We may be back today for lunch the food was soooo good! We had chicken breakfast burrito, eggs, bacon, waffles, sausage gravy w/ biscuits.
The food here is amazing! I love the healthy and different menu options. The service had some kinks at first but is now really great as well. I love the bacado omelet for breakfast (usually I get it made with egg whites) and the chicken salad melt for lunch. The kale tonic is decent but even better is their coffee. I wish they were open all day but for now, only breakfast, brunch, and lunch. This is the only restaurant in the area that I give a 5!
We love the Kale tonic juice order it every time we visit. There is typically a wait on Sunday morning so download the App reserve your time up to a half hour beforehand. You may still have to wait a bit, but better to do this than not. You will still need to check in once you arrive. I like the avacado toast and cheesy grits. The food is consistantly good. Our server, Olivia, was friendly and competent.
Was not fond of being seated at the middle table of 3 with a shared long booth that went the length of 3 separate tables and honestly, 2½ years ago, I wouldn't have cared. Nowadays, trust in people and their wellness is always something at the forefront of concerns. Had there been more than 10-12 inches of room between the tables so it was more easily accessible, it would've been okay cause I'm not that worried but do have slight concerns. I had to really squeeze to get in and getting out. However, the food was delicious! The regular side of bacon was amazing and certainly is the best bacon ice ever had at a restaurant. My boyfriend loved the Million Dollar Bacon, too! He had the turkey sausage gravy and biscuit, I had the Parma Hash Skillet and it was all so delicious! We will definitely be back again soon!
