Starbucks - Plainfield

AWFUL customer service. Came early in the morning to buy a Starbucks studded cold cup that was just released and they wouldn’t let me buy it because the girls at the front said that manager wanted to buy it….. WHAT? what kind of customer service is that? If she wanted to buy it why didn’t she buy it? It was the last one too. I won’t be coming to this one ever again after that. Will be reporting them to corporate too.

This small cafe rocked a major line in record time, provided great service and the food and drinks were perfect!

The kindest young adults! I've mostly see the young ladies are very nice and make really nice drinks.
