Lola's Bistro Grill - Plainville

I ordered the Chicken Lola and was quite disappointed because there was no eggplant underneath the cheese. I checked every single piece of chicken, but couldn’t find any. When I informed the waiter that they had forgotten the eggplant, he went to the kitchen and returned to say it was chopped up. I even searched through the spaghetti, but there was no eggplant to be found.

The staff was incredibly friendly, the portion sizes were fantastic for the price, and the food tasted excellent. They were very accommodating as well. I would definitely recommend this restaurant!

We organized a surprise birthday party at Lola's and had an incredible experience. From the initial phone calls to book our date to the end of the evening, the staff was consistently helpful and accommodating. We arrived early to set up, and the room was already beautifully arranged. They provided tablecloths, wine glasses, ice, and more. Our server was exceptionally attentive, friendly, and communicative throughout the night. She kept the bar well-stocked, brought us candles when we realized we had forgotten them, and even climbed onto a chair to capture the perfect group photo. She also packaged up all the leftover food and cake and ensured that everyone had what they needed throughout the event. The food was outstanding as well. I highly recommend this place!

Amazing food! Fantastic staff! I highly recommend this place for dinner and parties.
