The customer service at this restaurant was awful, especially from one employee who was extremely rude. The portion sizes of the food were smaller than usual and compared to other restaurants in the area. They even tried to charge me extra for a small amount of extra food. I ended up going to a different restaurant nearby where I paid more but received better customer service, with friendly employees and delicious food.
Check out the guacamole! It appears to be leftover from a couple of days ago. I can't really pinpoint the taste, but I have definitely had better. When I went to pay, the cashier was extremely rude and had a negative attitude. This was by far the worst experience I have had at a Chipotle location.
If you're looking for the most disappointing experience at a chipotle this is the spot! Best place to waste your money when you walk in to a dirty floor and overflowing trash cans. Not to mention the distasteful rice- didn't know it was possible to mess up a rice that has a recipe. Doesn't matter if you order your food ahead of time because it will probably not be ready for another 20 minutes from your scheduled pick up time. As if the bad food and gross atmosphere wasn't enough to top it all off the employees have the worst attitude and very unpleasant to deal with. Management needs to get their act together because clearly this establishment is being run to the ground.
Can't order guac unless it's an online order never heard of that in my life replace your work staff or the owner needs to get a new manager.
