Unfortunately they said they will be closing down soon. The food was tasty (Texas Nacho) and servings are huge, especially, the club sandwich. Afterwards they gave us a courtesy cotton candy which was a nice touch. Kid-friendliness: The menu has many options, so even a picky kid would be able to enjoy.
Overall nice place for a casual meal with family and friends. We all enjoyed our food. Felt the service was a bit slow. Food took a long time to get and not much attention during our meal.
We heard on our recent visit that Eddie Pappas will be closing for good by the end of the month. Better go now if you want your last fix of some favorite dish! Thanks for the memories, Ed!
This was my first visit. I was attracted by its diverse menu, but was disappointed by how the food was prepared. The chicken and waffles don't use pieces of chicken, but boneless, breaded chicken breast. The San Diego tacos were stuffed with too much buffalo cauliflower and too much sauce. Eating these was really messy. The rice served with the tacos was tasty, but undercooked to the point of almost being crunchy. There's a Chili's across the parking lot. I would go there next time.
