To be honest, I wasn't expecting much from this Jamba visit however I was very impressed by one of the workers at this fine establishment. I think the worker was named Nikhil however I didn't quite have the time to get it down because of how efficient and quick he was when completing my order. Overall, definitely would come back soon and he definitely has earned my business.
I had the loveliest interaction with the woman working here this morning! i notice this location doesn't have the highest rating here and i really appreciated how helpful and friendly and knowledgeable she was! shout-out to Edyta, thank you for making my morning better!!
We stopped by this location because we were on a trip from San José to Napa. Walking into this place is like walking into how places looked 2 years ago at the height of the pandemic. There are no tables and chairs, just a huge empty space with the giant clear dividers up between the customers and most of the area where the employees are. I ordered a medium PB banana protein smoothie with whey protein. My husband got the Caribbean Passion. His was ready first then mine came up next but some little kid that ordered after me came up and swooped it up before I got over there. The guy said he had another one coming up. When he put it down, another guy who ordered after me came and tried to take it even though I was already reaching for it. The worker had to tell him it was mine. So 3 people in a row ordered the same smoothie. When I got outside, I took a sip and it didn 't taste good at all. Kind of sour and salty, and not like peanut butter or banana at all. I 've never ordered that flavor so I was disappointed. My husband 's tasted good. We jumped in the car and got on the road. We had picked up some snacks from the Habit next door as well so I didn 't take another sip until we were near San Ramon. When I took the next sip, I realized what was wrong. I got a strong sour aftertaste of bad milk. I asked my husband to take a sip to make sure I wasn 't crazy and he concurred. So I called the store back. At this point we were on our way and had to be in Napa at a certain time so we couldn 't turn around. I told the guy who answered about the bad milk and warned him he should not serve it to anyone else. He said the milk should be fine, because the expiration date wasn 't until September. He said sorry but didn 't offer to replace the drink. Just said sorry and that was it. I had mentioned I couldn 't drive back, but he could have at least offered to send a gift card or even a coupon in exchange for a bad drink that cost $8.69 plus tax. I hope the other 2 people came back and complained and got new drinks. I wish it had been worth the time and effort to turn back. I 've never been to this location and I will never come back. I see why it has such a low rating.
$10 for a cup of juice and customers are not allowed to use the restroom. Won't be coming back.
