Gary's - Pleasantville

Don’t be deceived by the exterior. The food is delicious, and the staff is friendly and attentive. We had breakfast here during our vacation. While the decor could use a refresh, the restaurant is generally clean. I would definitely come back.

This place was fantastic! It's a little hidden gem tucked away in the corner. I only ordered eggs and potatoes, but they were great. I do wish the potatoes had a bit more crispiness. The inside has a diner vibe, but it's a bit on the small side.

Gary's is a cozy little diner that offers a comfortable atmosphere. While it’s not a fancy establishment, the service is excellent. The food is delicious and made fresh. We ordered the lunch special, which included a Black Angus burger topped with sautéed mushrooms, crispy onion rings, cheese, lettuce, and tomato, accompanied by French fries, coleslaw, and a pickle. We also tried the Cuban sandwich, featuring roasted pork, ham, Swiss cheese, brown mustard, and a pickle, as well as macaroni with extra cheese. The portions are generous!

There’s no better place for breakfast than Gary’s! The food is outstanding, the staff is friendly, and the owner, Gary, is fantastic.
