The Suites By Amcoop - Polomolok

The hotel is quite basic, but acceptable. However, the price is excessively high for what they provide. It should either be 50% cheaper or offer better amenities and cleanliness. The breakfast was also disappointing. I would consider returning if the price were more reasonable.

I am consistently welcomed with warmth and treated like a valued guest each time I visit this restaurant. I frequent this place and always enjoy exceptional service.

Furthermore, the bathroom doorknob broke off after just two uses, trapping me outside around 2 AM. When I went to the front desk for assistance, no one was there! I looked everywhere and made several calls, but no one answered. AMCOOP Suites resembles a trash dump more than a hotel! If I could give them a -100 star rating, I definitely would!
