Great place on the hills. Relaxing landscape on large green meadows. The quality of the kitchen is of high level. The dishes are well-kept and well-presented with combination of special flavors and always tasted. Surely to experiment again. Good wine list.
After the titanic enterprise to reach this family restaurant immersed in nothing, here is a reward that suits you. The kitchen is the loving and cared for every grandmother, enriched by a mastery and a proposal that combines very good and tradition. The environment is pleasant and harvested and the commensali (max 15) are found around a beautiful stube and can caress the dog of the house (this would be to avoid). Merit note for homemade bread and bread and the amazing dessert based on black cherry and ratafià. Good value for money.
A really excellent dinner. High-level dishes, worthy of a great chef who is Gianni, the owner. Surprising also sweets, these due to the mastery of his wife Anna who also prepares a great and varied bread. Fine wine map and menu height. Beautiful also the room, small and intimate, heated by an imposing stube, true work of art. Excellent value for money.
I used to consecrate the Bivio to Quinto Vercellese, so I took advantage. Local deliberately intimate, harvested and pretty with very few covers (mandatory booking). From the kitchen dishes wonder! All beautiful. Indisputably a large kitchen with excellent proposals. The wine card is very well maintained and offers many choices. The service is friendly and professional. Vote: 89/100 at one step from excellence (kitchen 93/100).
