Field Of Greens - Port Carling

A little pricey for my budget, but staff are exceptional and the spring arrival of the flowers is show stopping!

We arrived this morning at Field of Greens with the hope of finding warm coffee on a cool morning in Port Carling. While they do not have coffee as part of their usual fare, staff went out of their way to offer us two cups of hot staff coffee while we browsed. Super friendly folks. We also left after purchasing two wonderful beeswax candles and some other great treats! Great place!

Nice selection of produce, really tasty baked goods from their bakery. At first, I liked their selection of ready to go meals, but then I noticed that they use canola oil as the main oil ingredient in them, which is extremely disappointing considering the price. At these prices I’d expect olive oil or avocado oil, and only the best ingredients.

Great produce, love the Basil.. Toronto prices, but also similar quality.

This place has some pretty steep pricing however their selection of fresh produce kind of is what makes it worth while for me. They always have what I'm looking for and it's quality
