Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónI 've ordered from here many times over 100 dollars spent and enjoyed, however complain and I quote you don 't eat here no more. All it was is I live on the east side of town so of course there 's this stigma that I 'm trying to rip them off not the chase. The two orders of lemon chicken an one of General Tao where dry 'n 'crispy and very little sauce everything else was good called to rectify it and they tried to take the food back, thus breaking rules that existed before Covid. When told to call the cops because I refused to give the foul food sitting in my green bin they very threateningly said We don 't need them my husband is on the way. The best part the food they sent looked worst than what I had originally complained about quite literally floating in water. Clearly done in spite just look at pics and keep in mind its not sauce.
Food portions are huge. Everything tasted great. Our first time here and we will be back again for sure. Our new favorite Chinese food place.
I was a little worried to order because of a few past reviews but I went for it today and I can surly say that any issues have been rectified! Some of the best Shanghai noodles I’ve had in a long time. They did a great job and if you had a bad experience in the past year or so I would definitely recommend giving them another shot.
The food I ordered was all delicious! Thank you, Tiepink!
I am baffled by how this restaurant has a 4.2-star rating. My group spent $100 on food, which was a mistake on our part. We should have just tried a little bit before committing. Upon opening the boxes and containers on the table, I was immediately disappointed by the appearance of the food. Everything looked bland, undercooked, and unappetizing. After sampling a few bites, it was clear that we had made a mistake. The food lacked flavor, with no seasonings and only meat in the fried rice. The chicken wings were undercooked, the wontons were barely fried, and the pan-fried noodles were essentially just boiled noodles in a box. Overall, the food was inedible. None of us went back for seconds and we all left food on our plates, which is unusual for Chinese food in our household. Now I am left with unwanted leftovers. There are many excellent Chinese restaurants in the Niagara Region, but this one does not meet that standard in my opinion. While the staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean, the food did not live up to its 4.2-star rating. I can only give it one star for the service and cleanliness, as the food itself deserves none.
