Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónTerrible place. Brunette waitress is extremely rude broke the law asking me to prove my disability to verify my service dog and proceeded to repremend me from across the restaurant when I told her it was illegal to do so. They also delivered my breakfast and did not deliver my two friends 30 minutes. I asked for extra hollandaise sauce and they gave me a spoon full. Once they gave my friends breakfast, the eggs were literally liquid and the food compromised. Absolute worst place I've ever been to. Brunette waitress is so rude and tried to blame my service dog for her losing orders and failing at her job guessing bosses daughter the way she is entitled and rude as hell.
I love the vintage decor on the walls and inside the restaurant. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. The older staff members add charm to the atmosphere. Overall, it was a great dining experience.
I had a pleasant surprise when I visited this restaurant in the heart of Port Dover! The prices were very reasonable, with a typical two egg breakfast costing around $3. Despite my initial doubts about the quality due to the low price, I was proven wrong as the food was delicious. I opted for scrambled eggs, which were cooked perfectly, and the hash browns were quite tasty as well. The service was great, with friendly staff. While the interior could use a revamp, I appreciated the vintage look. The only downside was the rule against bringing in outside beverages, but the waitress/hostess kindly allowed us to bring in drinks from Tim Hortons, although we were unable to consume them. Overall, if you're craving a beachy breakfast, give this place a try!
Despite the unwelcome stares from the regular customers, this restaurant serves a delicious, greasy spoon breakfast. Be sure to try the grilled home fries instead of the fried ones.
Dover Dairy Bar is a solid, locally supported diner that offers great food at low prices, with friendly service. We take the kids here for breakfast on weekends; there is lots of variety on the menu. The Dairy Bar is a bit of a local legend, since the Who 's Who of Port Dover establishment drink coffee here. It 's likely where most of the town 's rumours begin their life!
