Dairy Queen - Port Huron

After a while, the first young man casually looked around and announced that he was not attending to anyone else. He then walked to the back of the restaurant to take a break. Shortly after, the second young man finished his task and declared he was taking a break as well, leaving the young woman to manage all the orders by herself, including mine and those of others who had arrived after me. It took 30 minutes to receive just two ice creams, and I never saw the two young men return. The young woman was doing her best, apologizing as she hurried to fill the orders and assist customers. It’s disappointing that the two young men acted so entitled and unprofessional, especially while being paid for their work. Based on this experience, I probably won’t be returning. It’s difficult to find good help these days.
