Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Port Orange

I was charged $1.50 for peanut butter, but the amount I received was barely enough. It's hard to understand how you can justify that price when the serving is so minimal.

I highly recommend placing your order in advance: the food is great and the smoothies are excellent!

Then, instead of promptly serving my order, she lets my drink sit there and begin to melt. She even bends the cup and uses a cracked lid, all while ignoring me. I was standing there, patiently waiting and politely informing her that I needed to leave soon and really needed my order—waiting 20 minutes is far too long, and this has been my experience every time I visit. This employee is not a good fit for the team and should be let go. Her past work experiences have clearly not led to any improvement; the manager will soon regret keeping her on staff. She brings no positive contribution to the establishment.

The smoothies were great, and the wrap was incredibly fresh and delicious. However, they forgot the extra bag of chips that I had paid for. Take it easy, everyone—you’re doing an excellent job!

This is the best smoothie café in Florida! The staff and management are incredible.
