Usually, this wouldn't be a major problem, but since I live on a small street with only 11 houses, it was quite noticeable. The delivery person's dismissive attitude only increased my frustration. I tried to stay polite throughout the entire situation, but I feel the need to express my disappointing experience now.
I had a very disappointing experience at this location today around 6 PM. There were two women and one man working that shift, and my family and I felt we were immediately judged and treated poorly. After asking to see our sandwiches, the man making them shoved them in our faces. Following that encounter, I decided I no longer wanted the sandwiches and requested a refund. The woman behind the counter told me she could only offer a partial refund and questioned my reasons for wanting my money back. I explained that I wasn't required to give her a reason, and she went on to call me a derogatory name and told me to leave her store and not return. This is not how customers should be treated, and I would hope that you value your patrons. My family and I had a terrible experience; I felt racially profiled and unfairly treated. I will not be coming back to this store. While I couldn't catch their names, I do have receipts from both my purchase and the refund.
The sandwiches were delicious, made quickly and with fresh ingredients! The staff was always on the go, even when there weren't any customers around. I would call it a well-oiled operation!
This restaurant has poor customer service and will disconnect your calls. Additionally, there's a colony of cats in the back of the plaza, and it seems like the management doesn't care if their employees drive recklessly and endanger the cats.
They serve gourmet sandwiches that are incredibly delicious.
