Got back to room and we had no hot water, same again on Saturday. Got housekeeping in to follow up on Saturday morning and it was eventually fixed sat evening when we got back from the farm trip included in the package. It was advertised as movie nights facepainting games. Face painting wasn't on when I was there. (disappointed kids) after being told on the Friday it will be on Saturday. It would also be a nice idea to have it as a kids club which I had assumed it would be. There's no one to supervise so you need to stay there with the kids. We also paid the extra for dinner package on both nights. I was emailed a full bar menu when enquiring about this and when there it was alot smaller as we were on package. We ate in restaurant the sat night and again not much on menu without a supplement. Also, it's not ideal to have to leave restaurant to go to reception for staff to confirm to waiting staff id booked a package for dinner. Id to do this both nights even tho bookings where made by reception. Waiting staff were apologetic but as you can imagine it's embarrassing when you tell them you have a package deal and they ask you to confirm even after giving room number on arrival to bar or restaurant.
