The kitchen is great, really very good, damaging no sauce with fake net, excellent tartare and super desserts as well. On the other hand, the shortened waiter... he clearly forces himself to do this job that he doesn't appreciate at all... we feel he's looking forward to finishing the service even before it's started. We miss the 5/5 stars...
Without a doubt, the best table in Pralognan! Careful service, quality traditional dishes, and even creativity in some dishes. We rarely see such a level around, so BRAVO! And thank you! Great job of Gerald in the room, and Sabrina in the kitchen.
