Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónBeautiful environment .. friendly staff. large selection of Japanese, Asian and Mexican foods. sushi was good. weinkarte a bit deceptive, also deceive that there is no decent choice of sake (only a very simple, simple, basic that is served in small carafes). everything. in everything quite good, but in my sense clearly overpriced.
Order a house delivery. first the delivery was confirmed after almost 2 hours after the order. So the whole food came naturally cold. pad Thai noodles were all hanging together. cheeseburger brot was rocky. fries were cold and hard. miso suppe was cold and salty......nie will apply this restaurant again.
A nice dinner alone here. had a vegetarian pad thai that was very tasty. friendly staff.
I've been a customer of etnic for many years when I visit lugano, but the new location in a restored old Swiss villa is amazing! eating is always delicious and I love the fact that my guests can have everything from amazing mexican...food to the best sushi in lugano, a Californian salad or an Indian masala. the large terrace with olive trees is so quiet and peaceful and the perfect place to decompress with a lemon margarita and a good meal. Don't miss it!
I was a little skeptic to come again to Etnic restaurant after my first visit (that wasn't good at all) when it was in the center of Lugano but I thought that by changing place and manager maybe something changed. Unfortunately I was wrong. In...fact the restaurant is in the middle of nowhere and if the parking is full, there is no possibility to find other places to leave the car. If you are lucky and you find a free parking the waiter asks you for the key of the car because the second line of cars blocks the first one. But let me tell you about the service: It was incredibly slow. We ordered our dishes with mineral water and the drinks arrived only 40 minutes later. The dishes took around 1 hour to be ready. I ordered a Thai green curry with chicken and it was very similar to the one that I ate in Thailand. My wife had a Chimichanga with chicken and she found a little piece of wood and a white hair inside. We also ate 8 salmon rolls and they were quite good. The total cost for these 3 dishes was 72 CHF (not including drinks or desserts). In conclusion I think that it is too expensive for the bad service that we had.
