Chipotle Mexican Grill - Prescott

This is the worst Chipotle I've ever been to. Once again, I received the wrong order!

Prices have increased, and the quality has dropped. I ordered a large guacamole but received only a small amount while being charged the full price. My son's quesadilla was also smaller than usual. I understand that inflation is a factor, but this is disappointing. My family loves Chipotle, so I'm hoping this was just a one-time issue.

I found it hard to modify my order, so I've decided not to order from them again. The prices are unreasonable, the meat was tough and served cold, and the salsas were excessively sour.

We ordered for five people, and my wife and I each got bowls with milder sauce. Unfortunately, they added a very spicy hot sauce that made them almost inedible. I ordered the steak, but there was hardly any on my plate. I paid for the large portion but it was only half full. One of the kids ordered a burrito, and it was also filled with the same overly spicy sauce, which our son couldn't eat. We used to go there once a week, but after this experience, I'm not sure we will return.

During our recent visit, they were out of the salad that we always include in our burrito. We asked if we could substitute it with guacamole. I had a feeling they would say no because it’s an extra charge, but the way they responded was, “No, because you’ve already chosen a protein.” What?! An avocado has like 3 grams of protein, seriously! They didn’t even offer a drink or anything for the inconvenience. When I worked in the food service industry, I always made an effort to rectify issues and ensure customers felt their time and money were valued, but these younger employees just don’t seem to grasp that. Their work ethic feels a bit lacking as well. I hope they figure things out; I’m sure they could become a decent establishment.
