Beer was amazing, eating was okay, atmosphere was wonderful, friendly service and a good beer that could ask for more

The location is in a small strip mall. The staff is nice. Its a small place so all table were full so we sat on the patio. (I wish they had heaters by the table outside). It's a chill restaurant good for casual attire and hanging out with friends. My white pizza was very good with thin crust and a light crisp to it. The not so nachos were not so good. My husband and I both agreed the bbq sauce was way too sweet for the nacho platter and the amount of chips left without almost any topping on it was not satisfying either. There are places in town that make way better nachos. Sorry lonesome, I'm not trying to be mean, I'm just stating our experience. That doesn't mean we won't come again. We will come and try other items on the menu for sure. Keep making that pizza great! I look forward to trying the beers on our next visit. I can't wait to sit on the patio again once it warms up.

Lonesome Valley is a smaller place off the beaten path that is definitely no frills. There was ample seating for our party of 13 and the service is quite good considering the other 'larger ' tables that had ordered in front of us. I had the classic white pizza which was great but I managed to snag some of the onion rings and OMG...these are the best I 've ever tasted. Almost like a donut they had so much delicious batter.Why 4 stars then? I was fairly disappointed there were only 6 beers on tap (technically 5 beers a cider) and fairly middle-of-the-road in terms of flavor and quality. Not even an IPA being poured. The imperial stout was the only one that left an impression. We enjoyed our time there but not sure there is enough to bring me back.

Had a great burger and onion rings. Hubby had a babaloo and sweet potato fries. Food was really good and beer was too, and the service was exceptional! We will be going back!

Great food and fantastic selection of premium craft beer. The stout and porter are excellent.
