The staff is really friendly and all the drinks they have to make is pretty cool but for me. I'm not a fan of the coffee personally. A bit too strong for my liking.

I usually visit this Starbucks because I enjoy the atmosphere and the staff are friendly and remember my name. However, today I encountered two new workers I hadn't seen before. The girl named Sophia was unfriendly and seemed to have an attitude. She insisted that I had ordered two of the same drink, even though I was trying to explain that one was iced and the other was hot, so they were different. After rolling her eyes, she seemed dismissive. I've had issues before with this particular Starbucks mixing up my iced drink with a hot one, so I wanted to clarify my order. This kind of service is what drives customers away…

I went there to get my birthday drink, but the barista told me they don't do that. I also had a promotion for 50% off a cold drink, and they said the same thing: they didn't recognize it. I'm really disappointed.

The only downside is the price, haha! The staff is always friendly, and the food and drinks we order are consistently amazing. The interior is always clean, too. I highly recommend dining in instead of using the drive-through, as the wait there is often quite long.
