Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónMy girlfriend and I spent a year living in Princeton and this quickly became our favorite restaurant. Their sushi is the best in the neighborhood and the tantan ramen is outstanding.
Expect She waits several hours for your food with no one else there. The restaurant must rent another employee they are currently trying to come with 2 people who do everything, including making sushi, homeowners, ordering and cooking hot food. Pays a lot for very little fish and cold pig chashu in the ramen. I would recommend avoiding this place until they either lower their prices or improve service and food.
When entering I noticed two tables dining room, not very busy, but the food still manages to take almost 20 minutes to get out... It's not like this place is understated, there are two waitresses and a sushi cook, what does it hold?. The waitress (older lady) was also very rude to me. I asked if I could change my phone, she tells me there are no chargers in the store. Well, well, later I tell them I'm paying with apple and my phone is at 2% then she says okay I can charge your phone for you! now on food, its average smokers, nothing special. I doubt that they sell enough arms to make everything fresh so that all broths and blows are kept in the freezer because I constantly heard that the microwave goes on and off. Definitely won't come back, I'd rather waste my money on other things. Only good at the branch is the younger waitress, very polite and helped me to choose which rams to order. This experience was so bad I don't even want to revise my review, do not make the same mistake as I, go somewhere else... Essen 1/5 Service 1/5 Also a note to the owner: I've been to Biz restaurant for a long time and I don't know everything can be crystal clear, but come clean up the oven you cook the ravens in, its FILTHY. You can literally see a thick crust of oil and dried foods that cover the stainless steel worktops and hotplates. You can do better. Thank you.
I would like to urge you not to go to this restaurant for your own good, and perhaps others? If you take care of a rather comfortable culinary experience, unfortunately this cannot be the place. If you want to be treated with respect in a restaurant, this cannot be the place, what a shame! If you just want some good Japanese food, maybe that's not the place??
This is the worst restaurant experience I had in Princeton for my 5 years. The waitress was super rude and inflexible about seating, even if it is clearly possible. She smashed the menu on the counter when we decided to go somewhere else for lunch. Would NOT recommend, especially for groups greater than one!
