Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónI just went to have dinner in a group of 12. First of all they didn 't even ask for the green pass (which here is compulsory when you are indoors). Then we waited for over an hour for our food and no one asked if everything was okay or if we needed anything. When the food arrived, there was food that was missing and some of it wasn 't even cooked. Suddenly the light went off (which can happen anywhere, but no one apologised or tried to calm down the customers). When we went to pay, we waited for almost half an hour. They included the missing food in the bill and when we tried to explain them what was going on they started shouting saying that the money was fair, that we were wrong and when we insisted they started to shout saying not just because you are customers it means you are right and other insults. At the end, they made us pay for everything even what we hadn 't gotten and the owner was very violent with us all even though we tried to explain it calmly. I 'm really sorry that I had to get to the point to write a review on Tripadvisor but we 've tried to explain everything to the owner with our best manners and he didn 't make any effort to listen to us. Really disappointed.
Sea food starters and the pasta with mussels was way too oily..
Best place on litoranea tarantina to eat meat! They have place indoor with air-conditioning or outside with natural conditioning... the place is owned by Zio Angelo's family and they are friendly people.
Ristorante molto semplice, così come il menù. Abbiamo ordinato un antipasto misto nella norma, nulla di particolare. Poi ci si alza e si va ad ordinare la carne, che sia al taglio, o già preparata da loro, come spiedini, bombette e salsicce. Il ragazzo, che credo si chiami Mario, è stato molto bravo nel consigliarci e molto gentile nel spiegarci tutto, sorridente e pronto, cosa che non posso dire per gli altri colleghi in sala, un pò persi. La carne è buona, e i prezzi nella norma. Ottima scelta dei vini.
They do not have enough staff to manage kitchen and service. Avoid at all cost .Ordered at 21.30, food arrived at 23.30. Meet was burned, tough and disgusting. They just think about making money with no respect for their clients. Get some staff and learn how to manage a restaurant
