Hub South Hill - Puyallup

We arrived at the restaurant with a reservation made through OpenTable, but were informed that they could not accommodate our party of six, which included a small child. The place was empty, yet there was not a single table available for us. Since we wanted to sit with our friends, we decided to leave and go elsewhere. They offered us free appetizers for our next visit, but we realized that this meant we would have to return and spend money again. We left feeling very disappointed!

We visited the restaurant around 5:30 PM, and it was surprisingly quiet, which made us a bit apprehensive. Although the food arrived quickly, it lacked a lot of flavor.

I had a wonderful dining experience with fantastic service. I really appreciated the keto menu options, as well as the selection on the children's menu.

I've always had fantastic food at The Hub! I was really excited about their new menu additions, and I wasn't let down! The service was excellent and quick, which I really appreciate. They are very attentive! Kudos to them!

Marriah was an outstanding server this evening. I've visited this restaurant previously and wasn't as impressed, but tonight was a different experience. The service was prompt and spot on.
