Restaurant Parmesan Inc - Québec

Best meal we’ve had in a long time. Service was great. The dessert coffee was so incredible, burnt sugar rum made right at your table. This is a must eat at in Old Quebec.

Very fine Italian food in warm, welcoming place. I enjoyed excellent pasta with pesto and my husband liked the beef with Bordelaise sauce. The service at Parmesan Restaurant was excellent. Both times we were there the restaurant was very busy, but we were served promptly. We never felt rushed. The staff did a good job of being attentive without overdoing it. It was unusually warm during the July week we were in Quebec City, but the air conditioning worked perfectly. (Not so at other restaurants in the city)

Have gone here for years; won't go again for a while. Waited over an hour and a half to get food. Two items on the menus, that we had come to the restaurant for, they had run out of and it was only 6:30 on a Saturday night, and there were several empty tables ! When we were finally served the food was cold and the meat was tough, difficult to cut with a knife. Left the restaurant after a few bites. Bread was stale and the drinks were poor...so sad, used to be a restaurant we would regularly come to on our annual visit to the city.

Great atmosphere on a Thursday night, friendly staff and the original owner is a wonderful man very loving the second we met.

We had an excellent meal in a great atmosphere, the staff were very friendly with nothing too much trouble. The veal was really good as was the chicken, I changed the boiled potatoes and veg for fries and along with the sangria totally enjoyed the evening. Even the accordionist went down a treat. We would have loved dessert but were full.
