Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

One of the things I appreciate most about visiting Cane's is the consistently friendly staff, fresh food, and clean environment. This is the standard all other fast food restaurants should aspire to. This location has certainly hit the mark. Food: 5/5

After sitting in the drive-thru for over 15 minutes, I received my order, which was supposedly correct according to the receipt. However, when one of the staff members handed me the drinks, I immediately noticed that they were wrong. I tried to point this out, but she ignored me. My friend even tried to get her attention, but she just slammed the window shut. We ended up waiting with the incorrect drinks until they finally gave us our order. I noticed at least five staff members just standing around doing nothing. One girl pretended to be busy by moving a few handfuls of sauce around, but it looked like she wasn't actually doing anything productive. They all kept glancing at our car without offering any help. When we finally got the correct drink after trying to get their attention for 15 minutes, the staff member rudely handed it to me, saying, “Here’s your SWEET iced tea.” I didn't want to cause a scene in the drive-thru, especially when there was no line when we arrived, but by the time we drove off, three cars were behind us. As soon as we left the drive-thru, I called and spoke with the manager, Kevin. I explained everything that had happened, and all he said was, “Sorry for the experience; I’ll make sure to talk to our staff.” It seems like there might have been a change in staff or management recently because I've been to this location many times before, and I've never encountered such disgraceful service. Frankly, even the high schoolers working at McDonald's provide better customer service than this new team.

The chicken is always served hot and crispy, made fresh to order. My only concern is that over the last few years, they've reduced the portion sizes of both the fries and the chicken, and the Texas toast is now half the size. However, it seems like many places have cut back on portions and raised prices recently. At least the flavor remains consistent. Food: 5/5

We ordered large sweet teas with our meals at the drive-thru, but you ran out of large cups. Instead, we were informed that we had to purchase the Post Malone cups to get our large drinks. We felt that we should have been offered our drinks in the large PM cups without any extra charge. It was pretty disappointing.

We are huge fans of Raising Cane's! It's a nice change from typical fast food. When we first relocated here, we didn't quite get what all the excitement was about, but we've come to appreciate how quick and convenient it is, plus it’s not just the usual fast food fare. The chicken tenders are fantastic, and their sauce has a way of winning you over. Food rating: 4/5.
