Chick-fil-a - Radford

I wish I could give this review half a star. I visited this Chick-fil-A today and ordered a medium fries, only to discover that the container was only half full. I spoke to the manager on duty about the issue and requested a new serving of fries, but was met with immediate attitude and yelling. He questioned, “How do I know you haven’t eaten those?” and “What am I supposed to do about it?” Eventually, he returned to the fry window, angrily filled a new container with fries, and slid it towards me with a lot of force. This behavior is completely unacceptable for a grown man and honestly quite pathetic. I will be reaching out to the owner of this Chick-fil-A location to report the manager's conduct. To top it all off, the fries I received were cold and hard. I am very disappointed.

I really love Chick-fil-A, but this location was disappointing. I ordered a chicken wrap with a super kale salad, but the wrap was really thin and there was a lot of leftover wrap. The kale salad was spoiled and tasted awful—I had to spit it out. I can't believe I spent almost $11 and I'm still hungry!

What can I say? It's CFA! Everything here deserves a perfect score of 13 out of 10. You can never go wrong with the Mac n' Cheese. Every item on this menu is a fantastic choice!

Not pleased with this chick fi a they did not have a full menu and the prices was jacked up way to high food was not that great Cold food cashier was nice and helpful but ever thing Els I won't be back I'll go to a real chick fil a this was at a collegecampus in pilot Virginia

Chick-fil-A happens to be the only thing open as late as 12 almost every night. I came in about an hour before close exhausted after studying all night. I went to grab so fries, sense it is grab and go style you pick them up for your self. I picked somefries behind another and a male worker kindly asked me not to do that and pick from the front from this point on. The womenbehind him started yelling ?y?all are nasty for touching other peoples food? ?we should put a sign up because people don?tthink? ect. I was very embarrassed and surprised that a Chick-fil-A worker would ever talk like this while wearing the popularuniform of such a kind and morally positive motivated company!
