Camuri - RAGUSA

We just came back from this restaurant and let me tell you this was incredible and probably the best food we had so far on our roadtrip in Sicily. The service is excellent. Very attentive staff and accommodating. Despite not having reservation we were seated straight away outside. The seating arranged in a way that you feel very comfortable and tables are spaced nicely, so you feel very private. Food is absolutely excellent. We were served bread with their selected olive oil which tasted amazing. For antipasti we had gamberri Rosso (served raw) drizzled with olive oil and sea salt grilled octopus. Both of these dishes were perfect and octopus was probably the best octopus we had ever. Not chewy at all, perfectly charred. We only had primi and no secondi but our pasta with lobster Ragu and parsley sauce left us in awe! Perfectly al dente, creamy heavenly sauce and parsley just added this dish another dimension. Tiramisu was absolutely amazing too. As for the price versus quality I think it deserves 10 stars. I cannot recommend you enough this restaurant and if you just arrived in Ragusa and want your first dinner here to make a lasting impression please go to Camuri!

10 out of 10, excellent service, richly flavored dishes, and an interesting wine list. Perhaps the best tartare in my life. We dined here twice, and both times were superb! The fish of the day, beef and tuna tartare, cannoli, octopus, lobster pasta I can confidently recommend everything. Both times we dined outside with the accompaniment of beautiful music. GREAT PLACE TO EAT WITH VERY ATTENTIVE SERVICE. One of the better places we ate during our 2 week trip across Sicily. The service and atmosphere is incresible, very attentive, detailed oriented and intuitive. The food presentation and quality was also very high. Starters delicious, pasta perfectly done, just one star down for steak which lacked pepper and salt on my end and the side dish (one slice of potatoe with sauted spinnach) felt little bit underwhelming. All in all, great experience.

Beautiful experience. attention to detail was perceptible from the entrance to the restaurant. ambient music was pleasant, apprezable and allowed the conversation without having to increase the voice tone at the table. the intriguing menu presented non-banal combinations of fish and meat; There were not many dishes, which I liked because too much choice often confuses me. beautiful presentation, before you can taste the dishes we were impressed by the beauty of the dishes; The eye also wants its part, and here certainly has not come less. Finally the taste, simply good. not only have I been satisfied by my choices, but also the tastes of the other dishes have fully met my goto. the service came no less, before the meal a small entrée was brought,' the cutlery has been changed to reach, the glass of the wine filled every time emptying, the crumbs were removed before the dessert and brought a taste of sorbet that allowed the preparation of the palate to the last reach. only flaw, inside the first fish I would have liked a greater presence of fish. I repeat, magnificent experience.
