Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónActually, I always try this young. I'm not gonna lie that well, but the customer service is terrible. it seems that every time I call the phone to pick up my food at the arrival is either not ready or they “unusually” there was someone else or they never get the order. So if they plan to order on the call for pickup, they just don't do it, please it will save them the hassle.
The service was slow. eating was at best mediocre. prices too high for eating.
Had the lamb, black beans, rice and elote. wow the lamb was the best I ever had.
La Braza is definitely an authentic Mexican restaurant as the menu is in Spanish only and we were the only non-Spanish speaker there. We went for lunch and there were quite a lot of people. There is plenty of seating though so there was no wait. When you walk in, there's no menu on the wall but it seems like most people are regular customers there as they just walk straight up to the counter to order before seating themselves. Since it was our first time we didn't know if that's just how the restaurant operate so we just stood there a little lost. But after ringing up the customer in front of us, the lady behind the counter brought over menus and greeted us right away. The menu has great selection and things we have never seen other Mexican restaurants offer. The food was amazing and so reasonably priced! We were so stuffed and I even brought some of the food home. The staff was super nice and friendly (and yes, she does speak English)! We will definitely be returning here to try out more of their menu!
I have never given 5 stars before, but the food here is so delicious and really authentic. I have nothing bad to say. Don't come here thinking it's the americanized mexican restaurants we have become accustomed to. This is authentic Mexican food and it is phenominal!
