Absolutely poor management. They booked the venue for us for wedding but then gave it to somebody else who paid they more for marriage. Kept telling us we are booked and then for few days didn’t answer calls, when we reached the resort told us they gave it to someone else who paid them more. After that told us we are at fault because we didn’t pay on time. Totally unethical, blaming customers for their own faults and greed. Save yourself trouble and headache and avoid this place. Had a worst experience with this hotel. Absolutely very poor service, worst hospitality and very unprofessional management team. Didn't know how to talk to their customers and were very rude and arrogant while talking. Also there was some annoying smell in their rooms.
