Gen Korean Bbq House

Worst experience ever waiters were slow with meats and switching trays. In the entire experience we got more yapping then food the waiter was annoyingly friendly I don't come to yap my guy I came for food. They also need a better delivery system then just remembering cause most of the orders that came didn't come fully what we ordered and what's dumb also is that you can't order one or more orders when on the menu it says 1 order PER person not 1 order per table. Also don't get the premium cuts cause most of them suck in flavor and portion. We ordered some more wagu after waiting for a hour and told us they ran out half ways in our dinner getting charged for a premium and running out of that is not good business

Despite exceptional service, our visit to Gen Korean BBQ House left much to be desired. While the ambiance was pleasant and the staff attentive, the highlight of any BBQ experience, the meat, fell short. The beef Bulgogi lacked the authentic flavor we were expecting, and the side dishes were disappointingly bland. It seems Gen still has work to do in offerings to match their top-notch service. Although not bad for kbbq in the middle of nowhere.
