Vim's Kitchen - Randwick

Beef redbank is incredibly hot. it kills the taste. the answer of the chef is that is the art as I did it at 12 years. no wonder that the restaurant is fighting.

I have had only positive experiences from Vims. It’s a lovely corner restaurant with a cosy vibes. Friendly, helpful and kind staff that make sure you are aware of every meal you want to choose. Roti is amazing and all the flavours take to to...the places they originate from. The chicken is cooked to perfection and very succulent. My partner and I always want to come back and when we do we are never disappointed.

I dined at this restaurant tonight and discovered a fly and a hair in my dish. When I brought this to the attention of the owner, she insisted that it was not there when the dish was served to me. I found the experience to be unacceptable and the food to be unappetizing.

We ordered takeaway, friendly service. Roti was stale, meals were average. It needs an overhaul/refresh. One dish we ordered wasn't available on pick up.

The dining experience at this restaurant is simply amazing. The dishes are some of the most complex and flavorful that I have had in years. This is not your typical bland and sweet curries – this is authentic Malay street food with bold and sharp flavors. If you are a true curry enthusiast, this hidden gem is a must-try.
