Nice place! I didn't eat but the bartenders were fantastic! The beer was cold and the shots were heavy. Right in the middle of downtown so bring a DD ! Meal type: Other Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
The inside of the tavern is very cute. But the pictures were deceiving as far as the patio goes because you're basically just sitting in an alley. I ordered french fries. They were undercooked and I did not eat them. Very disappointed in the food. Our service was pretty good. I probably will not go back Dietary restrictions: Was able to get my french fries unsalted. Because I cannot have salt Service: Dine in
I would recommend skipping this restaurant at all costs. The food is average to poor, and the prices are VERY high There are also apparently secret fees. We were told a price, and when we got our credit card receipt it was more. We went there for dinner around 6pm on a Saturday evening. There was no one in the bar/restaurant (which should've told us to turn around). There was one waitress/bartender/cook. We had three beers, a tiny burger with tots and a gyro with tots (they had no tzatziki sauce). The bill came out to $49! We could've gone for a full meal with drinks for that price. We will never go back, nor could I recommend anyone going there.
My husband and I stopped there to have lunch today, it was awful. One person working the bar, grill, phones etc. I honestly felt bad for her at first, even though she gave us the feeling like she really wasn't happy to have to wait on us, maybe because we did not sit at the bar. She took our order and proceeded to tell us that she was also the cook, she said I'm it, the only one here. She also had a customer at the bar. Our appetizer came, it was good, then came our lunch... I took pictures just in case we got sick, the burgers were almost raw, brown on outside, very very pink inside. Now normally that would not bother us, we like pink...not raw, the fries also was not fully cooked. The bartender went back to the bar, seen her on her phone, eating something, then chatting with a couple more patrons that came into the bar. I asked if we could get our check, our bill $27 and most of it left behind. I gave her $30 because normally if it would have been fantastic service food I would leave atleast $10+ We are always out scouting new places to take our Jeep group, when we walked in we thought this place is cool, but after this experience, we won't be back or recommend. I am understanding when places don't have enough employees, then say I'm sorry kitchen is not open today, but no the employer expected her to do it all, so in part I blame them, but also the bartender/waitress/cook could have been a bit nicer...been different if there was more then 3 of us in there.
