If you're craving upscale modern Korean, then this is the place to go. There was nothing that wasn't delicious there were just dishes I wanted to eat more. Highly recommend the ribs, bossam, mushrooms, and beets. Although note that the menu frequently changes.Also, shout out to the service it felt like they really wanted to make sure that we had a good time.I guess my one question is why this place isn't absolutely packed to the brim? If this place was in DC proper, you would have to wait weeks for a reservation.I will definitely be back.

Incheon Restaurant feels like a homey place where an inspired chef wants to share his creations with friends. The food can be described as a modern Korean fare, with many authentic flavors and very fresh ingredients. If you have low spice tolerance, be prepared, but it's not going to be overwhelming for most. Service was good but it was a little slow and felt slightly disorganized, although the waiters were very kind and made sure to attend to everyone.This place has a great atmosphere, the food is really good, and it's a place that's definitely worth a visit. It's not too popular, but it deserves a lot more attention for sure.Price is generally on the high end, but we still felt stuffed after spending about $32 a person before tax and tip.

Great vegetarian options! My two favorites were the mushroom toast and beet tartar.

Absolutely loved the whole experience ! Chef personally came out to our table and recommended dishes. Every dish was amazing. Easily one of NoVA’s best restaurants.
