And we are local residents to this store and we keep coming here and we hoping to see customer service change. His name is Elias . This is not how a customer should be treated . Who hire this people they need better customer service . The store says it closes at 930 we got here 910 and he refuse to give us service . This location is not a corporate own but is does represent the company and this a terrible representation to its commitment to customer service. If this so called employee keeps working here without any papers it completely will kill a neighborhood subway.
I can't believe what I just witnessed. The subway sandwich maker was so rude to this nice elderly lady that I had say something. She just asked for a cup of ranch sauce to take with her sub, but the subway guy ignored her at first and then bullied her until she was intimidated. I made sure she got her little cup of dressing, but wow terrible behavior by the employee.
It took me a while to complete this review as I was waiting for a response from the manger of this franchise.My husband and I went to subway after deciding to just get a quick dinner since we couldn't decide what we wanted to eat. Everything was going well until I asked for extra tomatoes, his response to my request to insult me and for no reason whatsoever. We were told that we were black, fat, and poor. In reality my husband and I look damn good and we both have 2 college degrees each with careers that pay very well.About 10 years ago I would have been extremely angry and responded in a different way.The managers response to my email was to send feedback to the store about my experience however, there should be a training on customer service, cultural awareness, diversity.After taking sometime to think about it, I realized that if I looked like him, working at subway, and probably struggling to make ends meet, I would be miserable too. Life must be really awful for this racist person.
On July 10, I ordered 6 orders about 12 subs,the order was at the subway app, it said it will be done in 30 minutes, I got to the store at 8:15 pm and the order wasn't ready, the employee told me, your order will be ready in an hour, he said I am the only one working, the owner won't hire another employee to save money, then he said I am tired I will cancel your orders, that's really mess up my plan and my family, I don't want to rate the store with one star, but I really appreciate it if you can do something about it
Friendly and inviting store. Both staff members on duty were helpful and efficient. The supervisor Emil was working with his trainee accepted my Subways coupon here readily as compared to the Bradlick SC store on Braddock Road Annandale which refused it saying they were no longer participating in accepting discounts coupons issued by Subway Corporate for their nationwide Subway stores. They had a hand written notice on their counter displaying their decision to not accept discounts coupons. I am boycotting the Braddock Road Bradlick SC store in the future. Please join me until they reverse this policy of refusing coupons.
