Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónThis is a really good Indian michelin star restaurant in nyc, so advanced reservations are required. the bar area has an à la carte menu. the inner dining room has a tasting course. there are many vegetarian options that are delicious. the dishes are not unique or innovativ, but they all taste great and have been perfectly executed. our server were excellent and explained all dishes really good. we'll be back.
Delicious Indian food with the best service! the lunch in junoon was very nice. we had the prix fixe menu that was quite expensive. the crispy aubergine, cubed naan and tandoor chicken were exquisite. very much like to taste their dinner menu!
With distance the best Indian restaurant in nyc. beautiful service and ambiente. junoon has perfectly combined creative chef style and presentation with the traditional aromes at the highest level. last night I added some pictures of highlights from our tasting menu. excited to go back very soon!
We went to junoon for our high-time dinner. this is one of the few Michelin star restaurants in the usa and a reservation is highly recommended due to its popularity. lunch can be ordered à la carte or prix fixe (2 course/3 curs). the dinner is only available as a 3-course-prix-fix. they have both outside and inside seats, as is usual in many nyc restaurants. the ambiente des restaurants is beautiful. we were immediately greeted at the reception and accompanied on our table. the service was top-notch. the server could explain the menu points while we made our decisions. all foods were also described in detail when it was served to us. the server and manager have checked us from time to time. for the drinks we had passionfruit jaljeera (as recommended) and summer delight. I'd say both drinks were just okay. in the appetizers we ordered saloni maachi and poured chili murgh tikka. as expected in fine restaurants, the portion size was only for a single person. the presentation of the teller was visually stunning and the fish and the chicken were perfectly seasoned, seasoned and delicious. for our head we had accompanied murgh lababdar, lal mas with hara paratha and junoon spiced naan. that was delicious. we expected that lal mas is spicy, but it was not different than the usual authentic wise. banarasi bread pudding and classic trio (shahi tukra, falooda shot, pistachio kulfi) were the deserts that we really appreciated and were tasty. the manager also brought us a little lazy love chocolate and they wished us on our jubilee, which was heartwarming. a total experience of fine restaurants, with tasteful dining, which really deserves a five star google review.
Excellent food and service. Came here for my birthday celebration and truly enjoyed myself. But pricy so I think it will be a special occasion place for us. However I definitely recommend! Our waiter took the time to explain the dishes to us and the food came out fast. We opted to dine in the dining room which Prix fixe is the only option.
