Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónTonight we got some soup and sushi to go. I have never seen wonton soup like this. I am used to a clear chicken broth with a little bok choy, a wonton or two and a pork strip. This was a extremely salty soy sauce broth with a couple of over cooked wontons and some scallions. So salty it was inedible. The sushi was very dry, not freshly made. Would never go back.
Robert, I miss your restaurant so much. I moved to Myrtle Beach South Carolina.Miss you and your wonderful staff. Wheelchair accessibility: The greatest food around.
We went for lunch at 12:30, the place was empty. We were disappointed they did not have a buffet. The lunch menu was ridiculous small with about 7 different traditional Chinese food items and 7 different Japanese selections. The prices were way over priced for lunch. We ended up spending over $40.00 with tip for lunch that's with drinking only water and tea. The food at The Mandarin has never been our favorite but the last time we went it was pretty good. But today was a different story. The Miso soup was barely hot and the broth was separated. It tasted horrible. My tofu and veggies dish I ordered tasted good but was cold. My husband's lunch appetizer combo was good, no complaints from him, except the prices.
We went to Mandarin for an after funeral luncheon. The staff was respectful, friendly and polite. The food was plentiful and delicious!
We just hosted an event at Mandarin and it was exceptional- Robert made sure our day was perfect. The food, drinks and service were superb!!!
