I stopped at this location on my way home from work. So I walk in to see no customers or line. The guy behind the counter is working on a mobile order. He looks at me, but doesn't say anything as I was waiting at the counter. Another employee is walking around, but she doesn't say anything either. Another customer comes in, and the guy asks if he was picking up a mobile order. He says no. Now both of us are waiting in silence from the two behind the counter. After a few minutes, the guy takes my order #9 Club Supreme). When I asked for Rosemary Parm Bread, he was not happy and tossed the white bread he had on the counter. He starts the sandwich and the lady asks if I want it Mike's Way. I said yes. I get home and the sandwich has no bacon like it is supposed to have. There was not much meat on the sandwich either. Overall the sandwich was disappointing, and the service was the worst! Avoid this location if you are wanting Jersey Mike's and look for another.

There was no request for oil or seasoning on my part, and they also forgot the tomato and vinegar that were supposed to be included. Whoever is preparing lunch today, this needs improvement.

Recently, I was welcomed by a fantastic employee named Parth, who crafted one of the best sandwiches I've ever tasted. Parth truly made my day, and because of him, I will definitely be returning to this Jersey Mike's in the future.

I don’t like not paying for things I order but I will not eat this sandwich. Currently heading to another location cause I honestly don’t wanna eat this sandwich. Donating to the nearest homeless. I can’t have onions due to allergy. I just didn’t wanna make a big deal since I hate confrontation.
