Bj's Brewhouse - Reno

This place is a joke fom the moment I walked in the door until the moment I left.Some irresponsible parents waiting for a table inside let thier toddlers play inside of the rotating door. As I entered the restaurant through that rotating door, obviously not knowing thier were children inside of it, one of them almost got smashed as it turned. As I approached the teenaged face-pierced hostess, instead of greeting me, she began lecturing me on how I need to be more careful when entering the restaurant so I don't injure the children playing in the rotating door. Maybe she should have advised the parents not to allow their children to play in the rotating door instead? People entering the restaurant can't see through the door due to the sun glare, not to mention would never assume that children are playing inside of it. When she was done with her nonsensical Karenesque lecture, I was put on a one hour wait list.Restaurant was empty to be on a one hour wait list, wait times are long because they don't have enough wait staff, food is mediocre at best. No one smiled the entire time we were in the restaurant. Pick somewhere else. Clearly there is a leadership problem permeating this restaurant.

My party of 4 waited 20 minutes for drinks ordered to arrive, then another hour for food to arrive. We thought that planning 1.5 hours for a visit would be enough time (we had a movie to get to after dinner) but it was apparently not. We left once we would've missed our movie if we waited any longer, so never ended up eating. Our waitress was rarely seen, and when we did see her, she said our food was almost ready, only for us to continue waiting for 20+ minutes before we eventually left. Very disappointing experience.

Service was stellar! Brea was one of the better servers we have had! She was the sweetest person and never missed a beat!

Both steaks were 90% fat, barely 1oz of meat. The salads were poorly packaged as in all the veggies that were chopped up poorly. Burgers were good as well as the mashed potatoes and asparagus.I don't know if it's a bug on the app or you guys love closing early because we've tried ordering here multiple times 1-2 hrs before closing and the restaurant will accept the order but close early and waste not only the customers time but the the Couriers time and gas.Worst Restaurant in Reno.

Reno NV BJsMy wife and I went to have dinner. My wife have a lots of restrictions as to what she can eat and not. I told our server Pamela and the Manager Hannah. They were very gracious to come up with a great suggestion where my wife was very happy. Great attitude, outstanding customer service ????
