Ijji Noodle House - Reno

The restaurant has a lovely ambiance, but unfortunately, the service left much to be desired. My food wasn't fresh; the seaweed was tough and chewy. Moreover, our waiter was inattentive, slow, and forgetful. I ended up tipping him generously, but I won't return to dine in. I highly recommend checking out 1, 2, Tea next door instead, as it's a much better option. There are plenty of other great places where you can enjoy excellent service and delicious sushi and pho. Additionally, the soup juice was bland. This was my second visit, and both times were disappointing. It's definitely not my favorite spot.

Brent our server was fabulous. He was friendly and prompt. He got our food and drink orders out so quickly. The kitchen took less than 10 minutes to fire our appetizers. Wontons and Octopus Furikake balls ??????.This was our first time and we will definitely be back.Kid-friendliness: So many different beverages! We got a melon Japanese marble soda and a dragon fruit boba. Mild protein options for picky eaters and great patient service!

A truly amazing Asian restaurant. Whether it’s sushi, bento box, pho, tempura you can’t miss. The staff is friendly and attentive. I’ve been many times and they continue to introduce enticing new dishes. Full well stocked bar and cocktail selection and if it’s tea (cold or hot) that you desire, they have the deepest selection I’ve ever seen. A must do in Reno.

Really wanted to like it here after trying all the other Ijji restaurants but unfortunately fell really short of expectations. I ordered the ijji fried rice and it had no flavor, just really bland and not close at all to any other “hibachi style” meals I’ve tried. My wife got the black garlic tonkotsu and it was not bad, but the broth was pure white and had way too much cream. Servers were very nice but would have been a lot better if they checked on us even once after dropping our food off, but it didn’t happen. Hopefully we can give this location another chance, maybe

In town for a visit and some friends recommended this place. Really good food! Lots of choices and they were quick! I got the build your own Poke Bowl (pictured below). It was really yummy!Vegetarian options: Had a few items on the vegetarian menu
