Nothing Bundt Cakes - Reno

My most recent visit was terrible. The cakes are fantastic but due to 1 girl and the way she treated the other employees made me feel very uncomfortable. I do believe her name is Ema, she is very rude disrespectful to the other girls that work there. She was acting very unprofessional in front of customers so I can only imagine how she acts and treats them when there are no customers looking. I like the bundt cakes. Bundt had a cake one time that is my favorite and I never saw it again. It was chocolate with caramel and chocolate chips. I wish you wold bring it back my favorite

These cakes are absolutely delicious and are the reason you're getting 5 stars. The customer service needs work. Being rushed by the robot behind the counter was not great but I know businesses are just trying to stay open so I get the desperation to hire. Tip for your YOUNGER employees: smiling and being kind will not kill you.

This is my favorite bakery in town! I'm always having a hard time finding cakes that don't taste like horrible buttercream or that aren't super dry and these guys don't disappoint!
