I went for the endless shrimps. I took my granddaughter to celebrate my birthday. My partner who brought me here for my birthday earlier is no longer with us, so I felt like I had to do what he liked for my birthday. I asked about children's menu and was told that they could get shrimp with Mac and cheese and other items. When we arrived, it was a long wait to see a waitress. When he arrived, I asked about her Mac and cheese with shrimps dinner they fit and endless shrimps for me. I ordered the Coconut Wars and the Parmesan Bacon Sampi for me. Her shrimps were burned and she wouldn't eat it. I tried it and it had a burned taste and no taste. The bacon Sampi was a piece of parmesan with bacon on the floor of very fatty shrimps. It took forever to wait and until the food came my granddaughter was tired. Luckily there was the game machine. The waiter came back again and again when we were done and he said I could pay on the table machine. As it turned out, the Mac and the cheese were separated from the shrimps and their meal was almost $20, as besides the food we asked for chocolate milk, thought it came with the meal, but was an additional $4. That brought our meal to over $50. No nice night! The whole experience was terrible and I will probably never go back.
If you are open for Dine-in, they have some of the best customer service than most places. I've been coming here for two years. Recommended for lobster, shrimp, Alfredo Pasta and Filet Mignon Steak. They serve generous portions and also salads.
The waiting staff was fun and helpful. The house was full and they worked their dicks with smiles on their faces. Because it was busy, our salads came with our meal instead of before, but you know what? The food was good, the portions were huge, and I went full and happy.
First off we have been here many times, being a restaurant owner I understand the labor market. But we were seated and waited over 20 minutes for someone to acknowledge us. She took are drinks, and told are server Brian we were waiting. He walk by us 2 more times and never said a word. So after 25 minutes of nothing we walk out. Told the manager as we walk, he was like O sorry. Not much manager . training there.
