I waited at the self-checkout for 10 minutes while the manager, Samantha, ignored me and had a conversation with someone else. When I asked for help, she refused and said she couldn't assist me because she didn't have her card. I felt completely ignored and disrespected. The person who eventually helped me did not even check my ID when I purchased alcohol, which is concerning. The customer service was lacking, and I felt like the business was not run properly. Overall, I was unsatisfied with my experience and will be reporting this issue. The management of this store needs improvement.
I used to frequently purchase flowers from Safe Way, but this will be the last time I buy a bouquet from there. What used to be a bouquet of six flowers has now been reduced to only three. I decided to buy two bouquets, but even then they only included two flowers in each bouquet. And they still charged me the same price. I understand that the economy is tough for everyone, but this is just cheap.
Super ghetto Safeway, I called their pharmacy 6 times and no one answers, I went in the store and waited over 30 min in line to talk to someone and the line didn't move. There were 2 people at the pharmacy and doing nothing to move the line. Meanwhile someone was blasting their music behind me making everyone in the store listen to it but no employees or security spoke to him. I ended up being unable to listen to it anymore and left and decided I won't be back.

I ordered a special cake from them and 1 n a half hours before my pick up time they emailed me and canceled my order. They said they didn’t have all the ingredients, all the ingredients? Your in a grocery store and you don’t have all the ingredients? Broke my heart. Hopefully they do better for others.
